Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions of the contract:
A The contract shall not cover visit / replacement of parts under the following circumstances:
(a) Damage caused to the equipment due to flood, fire, accident, not breakage, pest, misuse improper or negligent use temering  leaking from pipes, etc.  
(b) Damage caused to the equipment due to failure to observe the operating instructions & precautions as in user's manual.  
(C) Defects due to usage of non - recommended spares.  
(d) Visits for customers re - training or for installation at a different location.
(e)  Defects / failures resulting from servcing / repairs done by a person other than the authorized representative.  
(f)  Where this equipment is under use for more than 8 hours a day continuously, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Aqua Services. With regard to prepairing the existng worn - out- / defective parts or replacing the same & asserting the presence of above circumstances the  decisionpf Lev Secure shall be final. In any such event Lev Secure will become a prior estimate for approval or bill for the work carried out at any prevailing rates.
 

B. Since under the terms of this contract the company is liable to supply you free replacement of  spares parts in certain circumstances, Sales Tax, wherever liable will be borne by Lev Secure. However the spares parts will be replicated to the sole property of Lev Secure.

C. Services under this contract exclude the following:
(a) Painting of the body,  top & bottom panels & anodising treatment chambers & electronic housing
(b) Chrome plating of the nuts & other styling decorative materials.

D. For repairs necessitating the removal of the Purifier or any parts there of to Lev Secure, there shall be no additional charge for  the labour.  However in such cases incidental expences incurred like freight, insurance, octroi, etc.  will have to be borne by the customer 

E. The equipment should be made available for servicing as & when our Service Technician / Authorized Services Technician calls on his periodical servicing visit.  Failure to be so will be treated as a services rendered & no refund shall accure on this account. 

F. Every visit by our service Service Technical / Authorized Service will be made within reasonable time receipt of a complaint for breakdown Equipment & will be made only during working hours of our Service Department & no visits will be made on Thursdays / Holidays.
 

G. The liability of Lev Secure will not be liable for damages, death, injuries, or any consequential damages of what soever nature ro any person or property by use or operation of the product. 

H. In order to enable Lev Secure to discharge its obligate under this contract, the customer shall notify in writing any changes in his address within 10 days of such an additional cost as perform its obligation under this contract till it receives such an additional cost as  per the rates prevailing on the date. 

I. This contract is not terminated before the expiry period notice transferable on the event of resale / gift to any other person.  Receiver 

J. This service contract is neither terminated before only within the municipal limits of your city, however an additional amount of Rs.25/- will be charged extra for each visit made beyond these limits but within the metropolitan area & will have be paid in cash to the Vide  Cas Service Technician attending for which a cash memo / bill will be given

K. Contract charges are payable in advance & payment shall accompany the signed copy of the contract & such payment shall be being relieved before the commencement of the contract period.  

L. Renewal of the Service contract after its expiry will be at the sole discretion of Lev Secure.  

M. It shall not be the responsibility of Lev Secure to send any remainder or any such communication to intimate the expiry or renewal of the contract.  the onus of renewing the contract rests with the owner. 

N. In the event of any complaint, pleases your m / name, address & the contract number.  

O. This contract sets out all the terms & conditions, of which Lev Secure agrees to services the equipment & cancels and supersedes all prior agreements undertaking or arrangements, oral or written between the parties on the subject matter.  

P. Validity - This offer is valid for 1 month from the date of this proforma.  

Q. In one year warranty period all filter replaced one time only next time its chargeable.
